The evening is organised in support of Chef Matt Davies, who continues to be treated at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham after suffering severe burns whilst at work and lost the use of his left arm. The money raised will go to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity and Hospitality Action.
