QEHB staff member raises hundreds for cancer patients

A kind-hearted staff member at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB) has recently completed a triathlon to support cancer patients at the hospital.

Dan Craddock, Patient Pathway Co-ordinator at QEHB, decided to take part in the Birmingham Trathlon 2016, which took place in the second city on Sunday 24 July. The challenge involved completing a 750m swim, 20km cycle and five km run in under three hours. Amazingly, Dan managed to complete this gruelling challenge in just one hour 48 minutes!

To date, Dan has raised £270 to help provide ‘added extras’ for cancer patients at QEHB. To donate to his JustGiving page, please click here.
